Product pages describe the materials, dimensions, capacities, colors and care instructions for each item. Review the selected options before placing an order. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under applicable law.
Prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The applicable product price and checkout charges are displayed for review before payment authorization. Standard shipping is free within our delivery area and the checkout tax amount is $0.00.
Payment authorization
When a payment is submitted through an available payment service, you authorize the charge for the displayed total using a payment method you are entitled to use. A payment authorization does not by itself establish that an order has been accepted.
Order acceptance and fulfillment
An order is accepted when Habytatco confirms its acceptance. Review the information you submit and contact us promptly if assistance is needed. Accepted orders are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery
Order handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, excluding non-business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The daily order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), year-round without daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day begin their handling period that day. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin on the next business day. Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.; excluded addresses are described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window from receipt, explains return conditions and shipping responsibility, and sets out refund processing. No restocking fee applies. This does not restrict applicable statutory rights.
Website use
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its content. Habytatco branding and website content may not be reused without authorization except as permitted by law.
