We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes and military postal addresses are not supported.

All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping.

Order handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, excluding non-business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The daily order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), year-round without daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day begin their handling period that day. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin on the next business day.

Compare the width, depth and height listed on each product page with your available space. Leave space for opening the lid and operating any pedal. Each product has one fixed capacity and a choice of colors.

Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. Bamboo lids should not be soaked; coated steel shells should be wiped and dried.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact us for authorization before returning to our address in France.

We cover returns caused by our error, damage or defects. You pay return shipping for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies.

After return inspection and refund approval, the refund is returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
